Metrotile UK Announce New Commercial Partnership With Raith Rovers Football Club

On Friday 27th March, the Metrotile team travelled up to Kirkcaldy in Scotland to the wonderful Starks Park, home of Raith Rovers Football Club, to launch the new commercial partnership between the two. Metrotile UK LTD have signed on to become the title sponsor of the North Stand at Starks Park, officially now the ‘Metrotile Lightweight Roofing Stand’.

Our connection with this part of the world comes from our close relationship with long-term customer accounts in the area, which when in the area in the past we have seen the strong community spirit in the area and heard how the football club is involved with the community. We’re delighted to be involved with the club and look to grow our relationship together.

We were honoured to be invited up to unveil the new signage on the Metrotile Lightweight Roofing Stand and be invited to attend Friday night’s game against Ayr United. Our team were there to witness the first goal in the Metrotile stand, with Innes Cameron scoring early for Raith, followed by two more goals in the second half at the other end, where the Metrotile Lightweight Roofing Stand saw little action as Raith shut Ayr out; comfortably winning 3-0.
