Metrotile UK Christmas Trading Hours & Shutdown Details 2025

As we approach the busy festive season, we wanted to give all our customers plenty of notice regarding our planned Christmas shutdown period and final order dates.

Metrotile will close for the holidays on Friday 19th December 2025 and officially be back to work on Monday 5th January at 08:00am.

During the last operational week of 2025 commencing Monday 15th December, we will be unable to move or ship stock due to our end-of-year stock take and the migration to our new internal operating system. So, please be aware that the last dispatch date for orders before the New Year is Thursday 11th December.

The reason for the early closing and the disruption to our usual trading in December is the result of our decision to install a new accounts programme, alongside our year end stocktake.  This impacted the way we process our customer orders which is why the last date for PO’s to be received in the office, is by 11/12/25.  Our office and our sales team will be available until end of day on Friday 19th December for assistance required during this period.  

We will reopen as normal on Monday 5th January 2026, with the first orders of the year going out on Tuesday 6th January.

Summary:

Final Orders to be Received for Delivery before 2026 – Thursday 11th December

Office to be open for w/c Monday 15th December but NO stock can move.

Office Shutdown Date – Friday 19th December

Re-open date – Monday 5th January 2026
