Faulty Conservatory Roof Renovated With Metrotile Bond Tiles

The Challenge
A lean-to conservatory roof was suffering from persistent issues caused by an incorrect initial installation. The pitch was too low for the tiles originally used, leading to water ingress. In addition, the roof had no ventilation and the tiles had been fixed directly onto plywood without battens. This poor installation method trapped condensation, causing the plywood to rot away beneath the tiles and leaving the customer with a failing roof.

The Solution
