The Dektite roof pipe flashing is a durable, EPDM rubber flashing that is secured to the roof battens by it’s durable yet flexible aluminium base and utilised to flash around extruding roof pipes and flues to  create a watertight, weatherproof seal.

The benefit of the Dektite flashing is that they can be trimmed down to suit the required size and fit snug around any extruding roof pipe; with a flexible, conical sleeve indicating the width that can be adjusted to suit the requirement. At Metrotile, we offer two different Dektite sizes to help offer a watertight solution for any pipe size:

• Small Dektite Flashing: Cone Size of 100mm – 200mm (4″ – 8″)
• Large Dektite Flashing: Cone Size of 125mm – 230mm (5″ – 9″)
